In order to provide you with the best possible service, we welcome any questions, comments and suggestions about our products and services. The best way to contact us is by e-mail to shopau@groundplug.com and we aim to answer all enquiries within 48 working hours.

Delivery

GroundPlug packages your goods within 2 working days of receiving your order made before 2 pm. Once you have ordered the items you want, you will receive an order confirmation by email immediately. Expected delivery time is 3-7 days after the order has left our warehouse depending on where you live. If we cannot ship the item within 3 days, you will receive a notification by email. The fastest courier is selected based on your location. Once your order is shipped, we will notify you of delivery date. Shipping costs are shown at checkout depending on your location and the size of your order. Even if you have received confirmation that your order has been received, it cannot always be guaranteed that everything is in stock. GroundPlug cannot be held responsible for any typographical errors i the webshop or discontinuation of products in our stock. It is only possible to purchase items in your local webshop.

Prices

All prices are inclusive of VAT, but excluding shipping cost.

Payment

At ems.groundplug.com webshop you can pay with Visa and MasterCard, GroundPlug International does not charge fees on any cards. You only pay the price of the product + shipping costs.

Cancellation and return

GroundPlug International offers 14 days of cancellation on all footing purchases made in our webshop. It is important to note that Deck and Walkway Package orders cannot be cancelled once order is made. This is due to the fact that materials for our Deck & Walkway Packages are made to measure. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us at shopau@groundplug.com enclosing a snapshot of your receipts along with your contact details and we will arrange for the return process.

Warranty

At ems.groundplug.com webshop you always have 2 years of full warranty. This means that we exchange all items that are defective due to production defects or the like. Misuse or wrong installation of the products is not covered by a complaint. Therefore, it is important that you read any user manuals for our products. If you wish to use the right of claim, you must contact us at shopau@groundplug.com. Remember to state the right to claim a claim.
